FindClass Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FindClass ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use our software for academic and authorized organizational purposes, subject to possessing a valid License Key issued by our administration.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access keys without written consent.
• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized activities.

3. Data Handling

We process attendance data solely for the purpose of classroom management. Instructors are responsible for obtaining necessary student consents as per their institution's policies.

4. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. FindClass is not liable for data loss or academic disputes arising from use.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
