• Name and Email Address.
• Organization Details.
• Classroom Configuration Settings.

From Students:

• Student ID and Name.
• Submission Data: Poll answers, quiz responses, reflections.
• Presence Data: Timestamp and approximate location (Geolocation) during check-in only.
• Device User-Agent Fingerprint.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected data for various purposes:

• To verify student attendance and track engagement.
• To provide instructors with analytics and insights.
• To prevent fraud (e.g., verifying proximity via geolocation).

3. Data Retention

Active course data is retained for the duration of the semester plus 90 days, or until the instructor deletes the course. We do not sell data to third parties.

4. Your Rights

Instructors may request deletion of their account and all associated data by contacting support. Students should contact their instructor for data amendments.
